Dear Valued Client,
As we continue to adjust our daily life in response to COVID-19, we wanted to take the time to let you know what we are doing for you. 

Please see some Frequently Asked Questions that may provide clarification on your Auto-Pay, Monthly and Sessions Packages:

 

The following FAQ's apply to those that are billed on the 15th of each monthIf your auto payment runs on the 1st of the month, please click here.

ALL TANNING AUTO-PAYS have been RESTARTED as of May 15th for you to start using! 

Q. Since you're reopening on May 15th, how much will I billed for my Auto-Pay?
A.  With our scheduled reopening date of May 15th, if your billing date is on May 15th you will be billed $0 on that date. Your regular auto-payments will resume on June 15th, 2020  Your tanning membership will RESTART on May 15th. 

Please note this applies to ALL Auto-Pays including; Stay & Save's and 1 Pura's.


Q: Will I get a credit for the days you were closed in March & April for my Auto-Pay?
A: Yes! As mentioned above you will NOT be billed for your May 15th billing date. Therefore, you will have received full credit back for your March 15th-April 14th billing date by us not charging you for May 15th-June 14th, 2020. All credits of time missed will then be complete. Your tanning membership will RESTART on May 15th. 

Please note we did not charge you for April 14th as we were closed and stopped all billing.

Q: How many days did I pay for that I missed for March & April for my Auto-Pay?

A: The salon closed on March 17th 2020. Your account was billed on March 15th 2020 and your billing cycle ran through April 14th 2020. Therefore, you missed a total of 29 prepaid days due to the closure. 

Q: I have a Pura 1 Session Auto-Pay how will I be credited for the month of March?

A:  This will work the same way as for our regular tanning packages! You will will not be billed for you May 15th billing date. Therefore, you will have received full credit back for your March 15th-April 14th billing date by us not charging you for May 15th-June 14th, 2020.  Your 1 session will be available to use starting May 15th- June 14th. Your regular auto-payments will resume on June 15th, 2020.

 

Q: I have a Stay & Save Auto Pay how will I be credited for the month of March? 

A: This will work the same way as for our regular tanning packages! You will will not be billed for you May 15th billing date. Therefore, you will have received full credit back for your March 15th-April 14th billing date by us not charging you for May 15th-June 14th, 2020.  Your 5 sessions will be available to use starting May 15th- June 14th. Your regular auto-payments will resume on June 15th, 2020.

 

Q: If I purchased a 30 Day Unlimited, 7 Day Unlimited or a Pura 30 Day Unlimited will my package be extended?

A: Yes! If you purchased any of these 30-day unlimited tanning packages on or after Feb 17th 2020 your package will be extended by the number of days you had left in your package. Your package will restart on May 15th, 2020.

Example #1: You purchased a 30 Day unlimited on March 1st package expired on March 30th.

You would still have 15 days left in your package to use. Your package will restart on May 15th, 2020 and you will need to use your package in those 15 consecutive days.

Example #2: Purchased 30 day unlimited on Feb 17th package expired on March 17th.

You would still have 1 day left in your package to tan. Your package will restart on May 15th, 2020 and you will need to use your 1 session that day.


Q: I have a sessions package; will I get an extension for the days that the salon was closed?
A: Yes! If you purchased a 10-session package or 12-session promotional package on or before March 16th, 2019 thru March 16th, 2020. You will be given an automatic additional 60-day extension on your package starting on May 15th, 2020 the day the salon re-opens.

Q: I have a gift card or donation card that expired will it be extended?

A: Yes! If you have a gift card that expired on or after March 17th, 2020. We still honor them for additional 60 days starting on May 15th, 2020.
